In addition, the 100mm Macro features minimal focus breathing and a wide T2.9 to T32 aperture range. The result is outstanding control over exposure and depth of field. Finally, the lens features an industry-standard PL mount.
Its 9-blade iris provides a soft bokeh, and its sharp high-contrast glass allows for low distortion and chromatic aberrations. The lens housing is made from durable metal. Gear rings accept standard cine follow focus gears. The Tokina 100mm Macro features a standard 82mm filter thread. Finally, an 85mm front diameter fits a wide variety of matte boxes.
