Description
The Bright Tangerine Misfit Kick is a 3-stage Matte Box kit. It features the core frame, carbon fiber shade, and a 3-stage adjustable filter stage assembly. Reconfigure the mattebox to 2-stage if required. Ultra-compact and lightweight. Finally, the matte box can go from accepting one, two, or three 4 x 4 or 4 x 5.65″ filter trays.
The matte box core is compatible with Bright Tangerine lens clamp adapters. With these, attach the matte box to a wide range of lens sizes from 80 to 143mm. The Misfit also supports optional rod-mount, clip-on, or swing-away bracket assemblies for more efficient lens swaps.
Various sized frame-safe clamp adapters are available. These are also compatible with ARRI LMB matteboxes.
Optionally, attach the clamp adapter to a 15mm support bracket with an appropriate support extension. In addition, use the adapter with optional clamp-on rings and rubber donuts. Thus, the Misfit Kick supports a wide variety of lenses. Finally, the adapter is compatible with the ARRI LMB 4×5, LMB-25, LMB-15, and LMB-5 matte boxes.
