Description
The Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K features high dynamic range and great low light performance. This is similar to the BMPCC 4K camera, only with a larger 6144 x 3456 Super 35 sensor. As a result, the increased resolution allows a widened range of edit and colour-correction options.
This version of the Blackmagic Pocket 6K camera features a Wooden Camera PL Mount. Therefore this camera is compatible with PL-mount cinema lenses.
The BMPCC 6K includes several of the original features of the 4K model. For example the large 5″ LCD for easy focus, SD and CFast media, USB-C port. In addition, the USB-C port enables recording directly to SSD.
This camera features a Wooden Camera PL Mount. This mount is made of stainless steel and aircraft grade aluminium and includes the PL port cap.
