ARRI Amira Cinema Camera (LPL / PL / EF mount)

The Arri Amira Cinema Camera features the ALEXA sensor in a light-weight, ergonomic and production ready body. In addition, it has the ability to shoot ProRes 4:4:4 in 2k and HD formats. Finally, internal ND filters, a native ISO of 800 and the ability to record onto CFast 2.0 cards are included.

Description

The ARRI Amira Cinema Camera is a unique camera in the ALEXA line of cameras. For example, it takes the look of the sensor and places it into a production ready body. In addition, the Amira is usable out of the box and features the ALEXA’s 14 stops of dynamic range, native ISO of 800 and an EI range from 160 to 3200.

Internally, the Amira can record in ProRes up to 4:4:4 in HD and 2k up to 200fps. Internal recording is to CFast 2.0 cards. Additionally, the ARRI Amira has white balance, EI and shutter adjustable from the outside. In addition, it features an internal motorised ND filter wheel with 0.6, 1.2 and 2.1 ND filters. Also, two XLR inputs for recording two channels of 24-bit 48hz audio. In addition, the ARRI Amira supports mic, line, phantom power and AES3 audio.
