Description
The Aputure 300d Mark II is 20% brighter than the original 300d. In addition, it is more durable, portable, and intelligent. However it still maintains the well loved form factor and lightweight aircraft aluminium body.
The kit includes a new 55° reflector. This reflector features a redesigned shape and coating. Therefore the output of the 300d II is more than three times the older model. In addition, a new yoke allows for 360° rotation. It also has a handbrake locking mechanism to enable users to mount the light in any position.
The Aputure 300D II is a completely silent light. This is because it utilises Aputure’s fan-less heatsink design.
Aputure’s Light Store 300D mark II powers with V-lock batteries (half output with one, or full power with two V-locks).
The control box features 8 built-in lighting effects. These include: Paparazzi, Fireworks, Lightning, Fault Bulb, TV, Pulsing, Strobe and Explosion, with more coming in future firmware updates. Lighting FX triggering is via a remote toggle button. The light can also be controlled from 400m away using the Sidus Link App. Enabled through a Bluetooth connection.
It is dimmable and can utilise any of the 4 different dimming curves: linear, logarithmic, exponential and s-curve.
